Job Descriptions :

Lead the team to generate and create various activities to achieve sales target
Responsible for overall sales achievement and to provide sales activities reports to Head Office
Exercise due diligence and care in the implementation of the strategic plans in the company
Monitor the branch team to comply with all relevant rules and regulations
Initiate comprehensive training and ensure the team acts professionally at all times
Attach to market news and inform management and all dealers of any sensitive information and significant news

Requirements :

At least 2 years relevant experience in Equity Sales or Stockbroking.
Possess a valid WPPE license (Broker-dealer license from Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan, Indonesia - Bapepam LK)
Strong client base and networking
